The theme for Mental Coast came from personal experience with mental health. I have anxiety and depression, just like everyone else. In the past years, I’ve had some very low moments. To deal with certain things at such a young age can be really discouraging and negative when it comes to living life. When it came to being at my lowest, I noticed what got me back up on my feet often.

These three copes are similar to many others’ copes. Serving others is something I enjoy and getting to possibly expand enough to make a worldwide difference is a dream! I originally was going to make cheap clothes for myself because I often didn’t agree with the prices of the clothes that I wanted, especially hoodies. Another dream of mine is to make an affordable clothing business that has reasonable prices for awesome pieces! And last, I want to build a supportive community to help as many people possible and a common thing that everyone struggles with is mental health. I decided that combining all those dreams could lead to something incredible and hopefully helpful!

This business is not solely created just for the money. It’s mainly focused on making affordable hoodies that reduce anxiety and create comfort, as well as providing a supportive mental system!
